America does not belong to strongmen, greedy
billionaires, or those who rule through fear.
It belongs to us, the people.
When our immigrant neighbors are being kidnapped and deported, an unlawful war against Iran is being waged, Trans rights are being denied, public lands are recklessly threatened, healthcare is withdrawn, the fascist regime works overtime to suppress the vote in the midterm elections. and the escalating cost of living is wrecking our collective economic future… Silence is not an option.
Sign up for information about the local event here. Plan to carpool, bike (see flyer below), take the EMX, or find dispersed parking on the street. Limited ADA parking and accommodations will be available.

There are over 3000 events on the map, surpassing the total number of events from October’s historic protests, with more being added every day. The people are showing up to stop fascism and take back our democracy!
Sign up to volunteer at the event - no training required!

plans to march together- wear your t-shirt and carry a banner!)

See you there!
A core principle behind all No Kings events is a commitment to nonviolent action. We expect all participants to seek to de-escalate any potential confrontation with those who disagree with our values and to act lawfully at these events. Weapons of any kind, including those legally permitted, should not be brought to events.

In their own words: "Reclaim Our Vote / Center for Common Ground is a grassroots, primarily volunteer-run campaign that focuses on increasing BIPOC voter turnout through post-carding, texting, and phone banking. Working with local, on-the-ground partners and our Democracy Centers, we build effective, respectful, and relevant campaigns that engage BIPOC voters around upcoming elections."
Message scripts are written in close collaboration with Black community activists - so we don't edit the message.
2024 postcards increased Black voter turnout by as much as 8%.
This campaign is nonpartisan. I CAN provide postage stamps. Let's do this!
If you can help write postcards (I do five a day) contact me / Debby @ [email protected].

Protect Roadless Forests!
Tues. April 14th 5 - 7 pm at Gratitude Brewery, 540 E 8th Ave, Eugene
Public Lands, Public Voice Action Party
Trivia, inspiration and action for Roadless Forests
Trump wants to open protected Roadless areas to extractive industry. About half of National Forest land is already open to drilling, logging, and mining. Another 18% is protected as Wilderness. The remaining 30%—our Roadless Areas—are remote, roadless landscapes treasured by the outdoor community for the backcountry recreation experiences they provide. Removing protections harms wildlife, rural communities, water quality and increases risks of wildfire. We say NO!
Please RSVP asap here!
