The last day to submit comments on the Climate Protection Plan (CPP) is quickly approaching!
Submit your comments by August 30!

The CPP's draft rules include cutting fossil fuel emissions by 90% by 2050 as well as investing over $150 million in community clean energy projects each year.
We need to speak up NOW! The gas and oil industry sued to overturn the CPP last year. Since then, NW Natural has boosted their disinformation campaign in an effort to further sabotage this vital plan. Read more about this in this article by the Oregon Capital Chronicle.

Months ago, the Lane County Commissioners voted to approve the CleanLane Resource Recovery Facility, previously known as IMERF. This Tuesday, August 20th, another vote is scheduled to approve or deny important parts of the project!

We need YOU to urge the Lane County Commissioners to support modern recycling projects at our public landfill.

Local garbage haulers are pressuring commissioners to block the project and ignoring the fact that better management waste is vital to stopping climate change!
